Every operation strictly follows our binding Constitution — amended only by majority vote.
Constitutional Governance & Shariah-Compliant Investment
All operations strictly follow this Constitution. Funds are invested only upon Investment Board decision into interest-free (halal) profitable sectors — focusing on building & housing construction.
Sanctity & Amendment Protocol
The Constitution is binding for all members. Amendments require a majority vote at an extraordinary or General Meeting. Intentional violation is an unlawful offense subject to disciplinary/legal action.
Tenure & Revenue Sources
Operational term of 5 (five) years. Income: regular monthly subscriptions, ad-hoc donations, and lump-sum contributions.
“Amanat” Principle — No Internal Lending
All deposits are a sacred trust. Under no circumstances shall any loan be issued to any member from deposited funds.
